Ethical practice in research is a developing area of discourse among scholars, clinicians, researchers, educators, compliance officers, lawyers, and administrators. The Research Integrity Special Interest Section helps members navigate these overlapping areas of expertise and practice, while developing specialized skills in addressing critical ethical issues in research ethics and the responsible conduct of research.

Membership and participation in the Research Integrity Special Interest Section is open to all including academic faculty, researcher integrity officers, compliance officers, clinicians and researchers, ethics center directors, educators, and students.  Members plan and organize the Research Ethics program track for the APPE Annual Meeting, workshops and special luncheons with invited guest speakers.
